What data we collect
- Your account email address and name.
- Your Amazon seller ID and an encrypted authorization token used to connect your Amazon account.
- Your own listing eligibility results and product catalog data.
- A billing customer ID from Stripe.
We never receive or store Amazon buyer data, order details, payment information, or customer addresses.
Why we store it and where it is hosted
We store this information so you can use UNGATED's tools to check and track your Amazon listing eligibility. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS in the United States. Billing is handled by Stripe.
If you join through a partner link
Some people find UNGATED through a partner who shares their own invitation link. If you join the waitlist through such a link, we share your name, email address, and the date you joined with that partner, so they can see the people they introduced. Partners are asked to use these details only for UNGATED. We never share your Amazon data with them.
How long we keep your data
The Amazon authorization token is deleted as soon as you disconnect your Amazon account from UNGATED. Your account and associated data are deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@ungatedltd.com.
Cookies and browser storage
We use session-only cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in while you use the app. We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app.
