Billing FAQ
Answers to common billing questions for Ungated Status Search. If something is not covered here, email us at support@ungatedltd.com.
What subscription tiers are available?
Three monthly subscription tiers: Starter ($29/month), Pro ($69/month), and Business ($129/month). Each includes a set number of ungated brands from day one, with new brands added every month. There is also a one-time Full Catalog Access option for $2,999 USD that unlocks the entire catalog for 30 days. See the Pricing page for full details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Connecting your Amazon account starts a 7-day free trial, no card required. 2 open-to-resell brands unlock instantly, then 1 more each day, up to 8. You keep them when it ends; pick a plan to keep unlocking.
When will I be charged?
On the day you subscribe, then monthly or yearly from that date. The free trial never charges. Full Catalog Access is a one-time charge at purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through Stripe and accept major credit and debit cards. Other payment methods may be added later.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your card or payment method anytime in the app under Settings → Billing. Changes are handled securely by Stripe and apply to your next invoice. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from the app. Changes are handled by Stripe and may result in a prorated charge or credit on your next invoice.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription in the app under Settings → Billing. If you prefer, you can also email support@ungatedltd.com and we will process the cancellation for you. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing includes a 17% discount compared to paying monthly. You are charged once for the full year and your subscription renews annually unless you cancel.
What is Full Catalog Access?
Full Catalog Access is a one-time payment of $2,999 USD. It unlocks every ungated brand in the Ungated Status Search catalog for 30 days. It does not renew automatically.
Do you provide invoices or receipts?
Yes. Invoices and receipts are available in the app under Settings → Billing and are also emailed to you after each payment.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period; partial periods aren’t refunded. Full Catalog Access is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable once your brands are unlocked. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@ungatedltd.com and we’ll review it.
